Every plan includes the core platform — the tracking infrastructure map (capped on Starter), agency CRM, email with inbound threading, time tracking, unlimited client portal users and a public intake form. Pro and up add file uploads (intake forms take files too), more intake forms, the monthly client report, workspace backups and bigger caps; Growth adds AI-assistant access and Ads Health; Business adds a white-label client portal (no Phloz credit) and a custom portal domain.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an "active" client?

A client counts as active unless it's archived, and only if it was added — or had a task, a tracking-map change or a message — in the last 60 days. Files and comments don't count. Archived and dormant clients don't count against your cap (up to 3× your plan's client limit in total).

What if I exceed my client cap?

At your plan's client limit, adding or unarchiving a client is blocked until you archive one or upgrade. Upgrade anytime: on a paid plan, an upgrade on the same billing period charges the prorated difference right away; during a free trial, nothing is charged until it ends.

Do client portal users count as seats?

No. Client portal access is free and unlimited on every plan, Starter included. Only internal team members (owner, admin, member) count against your seats; view-only teammates are free too.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. The workspace owner switches plans on the Billing page. Moving down works once your active clients, seats (pending invitations included), published intake forms and active recurring templates fit the smaller plan. On the same billing period, an upgrade charges the prorated difference right away and moving down credits the unused time to your next invoice. A change that also switches between monthly and annual settles the difference right away, either way: charged, or credited to your account. During a free trial nothing is charged until it ends.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on Pro, Growth, Business or Scale, no credit card required (Enterprise is set up with our team, without a trial). A new workspace starts its trial as soon as it's created, on the plan you picked here, or on Pro. If you never add a card, the trial simply ends and your workspace moves to Starter: we don't charge a card we don't have, and nothing you created is deleted. Starter keeps your most recently active client; the others are archived, never deleted, and you can unarchive them after you upgrade. Add a card during the trial and billing starts when it converts. The trial is once per workspace — if your workspace has subscribed before, a new checkout starts the paid plan right away. The Starter tier is free forever for one client.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The workspace owner cancels from Manage billing on the Billing page, in Stripe's billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and Phloz emails you the date and what will change. Then the workspace moves to Starter: nothing is deleted and your team keeps access. Starter keeps your most recently active client; the others are archived, never deleted, and you can unarchive them after you upgrade. To choose which client stays active, archive the others before the date. Renew from the same portal before then and nothing changes.

What does Starter include?

Starter is a working free tier for one client + two seats — full agency CRM, tasks, messages, internal notes, the activity log, and a 10-node preview of the tracking-map canvas. File uploads need a paid plan, and paid plans raise the tracking-map cap from 10 nodes per client to 200 (unlimited on Enterprise). Existing files (if any) stay readable + downloadable on Starter; new uploads need a paid plan.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Annual plans save roughly 17% (two months free). Billed once per year.

What does Enterprise include?
