Phloz vs GoodDay

GoodDay is a flexible work-management platform you configure into an agency tool. Phloz ships the agency shape — CRM, client-scoped delivery, and the tracking map — pre-assembled.

What Phloz has that GoodDay doesn't

  • A typed, auditable tracking-infrastructure map (GA4, GTM, pixels, conversions) per client
  • An agency CRM in the core: clients, contacts, retainers, MRR rollup, lead intake
  • Automated tracking-health scoring with a proactive weekly digest
  • A passwordless client portal with approvals, shared plans, and report sign-off

When GoodDay is the right choice

If you're not running a digital marketing agency, GoodDay is likely a fine fit. GoodDay is a mature, capable product — it just isn't shaped for our specific use case. Phloz exists because we couldn't find a platform that treated agency ops and tracking infrastructure as first-class.

Frequently asked questions

Is Phloz really cheaper than GoodDay for an agency?
It depends on your team size and client count. Phloz plans are sized by active clients, with a set number of team seats included in each (extra seats cost extra), nothing is charged per contact, and viewer seats for client stakeholders are free — so the comparison turns on how many clients you run versus how many people and contacts you have. Run your own numbers on /pricing; we would rather you check than take our word for it.
Can Phloz replace GoodDay entirely, or is it a complement?
For digital marketing agencies running client CRM, delivery work, and tracking documentation on GoodDay (or trying to), Phloz can replace that part. It doesn't replace everything GoodDay may do: sales pipelines for product companies, invoicing or job costing, live-data dashboards, and generic team PM unrelated to client work stay where they are — so for some agencies Phloz is a complement, not a replacement.
How long does migrating from GoodDay take?
Plan on 1-3 days: a few hours of structural mapping, importing clients and their contacts from a CSV and re-creating open work by hand, and a parallel-running week to verify nothing slipped. The main lift is mental — accepting the agency-shaped defaults instead of recreating your GoodDay setup verbatim.
Does Phloz integrate with GoodDay?
No. Phloz has no GoodDay integration, no public API, and no Zapier connector, so the two don't sync. Teams switching off GoodDay export what they need, re-create clients and open work in Phloz by hand, then leave GoodDay behind. If GoodDay stays as the company-wide tool and Phloz handles agency ops only, the two run side by side without a sync. Talk to us about your specific case at contact@phloz.com.
Why doesn't GoodDay have a tracking infrastructure map?
Tracking infrastructure as a typed graph (every GA4 property, GTM container, ad pixel, and conversion action per client, with health state and verification cadence) isn't a feature GoodDay positions for. Phloz built it because the usual alternative is a spreadsheet that goes stale. It's the center of Phloz, not an add-on.
