Agency client portal
The client portal that answers “what’s happening with my account?”
Every “quick update?” email is a small failure of visibility. Phloz gives each client a magic-link portal — their tasks, their approvals, their plans, a client-safe view of their tracking — branded as your agency, free on every paid tier, with no per-client-user fees.
What your clients see
- Their work, without your internals
- Clients see the tasks you mark client-visible — status, due dates, deliverables — and never the internal ones. The distinction is per task, not per project, so the messy middle of delivery stays yours while the commitments stay visible.
- Approvals they can actually sign off
- Set an approval policy per client (none, optional, or required) and clients approve deliverables from the portal itself. Approved work locks, so "which version did they sign off on" stops being an email-archaeology question.
- The plans behind the work
- PPC campaign blueprints, SEO page plans, and department notes can be flipped client-visible per document — the client reads the current version in the portal, read-only, instead of a stale PDF from three weeks ago.
- A picture of their tracking
- When you enable the tracking-health card, clients see a compact pipeline strip of their own setup — the same labeled lanes your map uses, deliberately client-safe: generic tracking-point types, coverage and verified states, never your internal labels, broken states, findings, or scores.
- Replies that land in your inbox
- When a client replies from the portal, it threads into your agency inbox against the right client — not into a personal mailbox that goes quiet when someone is on holiday.
Why magic links and per-client pricing matter
- No passwords to reset
- Portal access is a magic link — the client clicks and they are in. No account creation, no forgotten-password loop, no "can you resend my login" emails. For the champagne problem of a client who actually wants to check their portal, friction is the killer; the link removes it.
- No per-client-user seat fees
- Client portal access is free and unlimited on every paid tier. Only your internal team counts against the seat cap — an agency with 30 clients and three stakeholders each pays for zero portal users. Tools that price per portal user quietly turn transparency into a metered cost.
- Your brand on it
- Set your agency display name, accent color, and logo — the portal reads as yours. On Business and above, the "Powered by Phloz" footer comes off entirely.

Agency client portal FAQ
- What is an agency client portal?
- A client-facing view of the work an agency runs for that client: visible tasks and their status, deliverables awaiting approval, shared plans, and — in Phloz — a client-safe picture of their tracking setup. Its job is to answer "what is happening with my account" before the client emails to ask, which is where most agency–client friction actually starts.
- How do clients log in to the Phloz portal?
- They don't, in the password sense. You generate a magic link for a client contact and send it; clicking it opens their portal. No account signup, no password to forget or reset. Access can be regenerated or revoked per contact at any time.
- Can clients see internal tasks, notes, or scores?
- No. Visibility is opt-in per item: tasks are only shown when marked client-visible, plans only when flipped client-visible, and internal notes never appear. The tracking-health card is deliberately client-safe — it shows coverage with generic tracking-point types and never surfaces broken states, findings, internal labels, or scores. The diagnostic detail stays on your side of the glass.
- Is the portal white-label?
- You can brand it — agency display name, accent color, and your logo on every paid tier — and on Business and above the Phloz footer is removed entirely. What Phloz does not do is white-label reseller fulfilment: it is the operations platform your agency runs on, not a service you resell as your own product.
- How much does the client portal cost?
- Nothing beyond your plan: portal access is free and unlimited on every paid tier, and clients never count as seats. Pricing is per active client — a 10-person team running 12 clients pays for 12 clients, whether 3 or 30 client stakeholders use their portals.
