Phloz is software that digital marketing agencies use to email their clients and collect form submissions. Their email goes out from Phloz's address (no-reply@phloz.com) with the agency's name on it. If an email or a form sent through Phloz looks wrong to you, tell us.
What to report
- An email you didn't expect that asks you to sign in, pay, confirm your details or "verify" an account.
- An email or a form that pretends to be another company: a bank, a delivery service, a marketplace, or Phloz itself.
- A form on Phloz (an address starting app.phloz.com/intake/) that asks for a password, a card number or another secret. Phloz forms never need those.
- Repeated email you never asked for.
If you work with the agency and only want its emails to stop, reply and tell them, or use the "Stop these updates" link when the email has one. That reaches the agency directly.
How to report
- Forward the email to contact@phloz.com with "abuse" in the subject. If your email program offers "Forward as attachment", use it: the attachment keeps the details that help us find the account that sent it.
- Or use the contact form and paste in the sender's name, the subject, the date and any links. For a form, send its web address.
Don't click the links or fill anything in to check them. If you already entered a password, change it now on the real company's own site. Marking the email as spam in your email program helps too: many email providers tell us, and enough of those reports can pause an account's client email automatically while we look into it.
What happens next
- A person at Phloz reads every report, usually within one business day, and replies to say it arrived.
- We look at the account that sent it. If it broke our Acceptable Use Policy, we can stop its email and forms and close the account.
- A report you forward or send through the contact form doesn't switch anything off on its own. A person checks it first, so nobody can shut down an agency just by writing to us.
- We may not be able to tell you what we did about another customer's account, but every report is read.
