Agency client portal: requests, approvals and sign-off

What you’re watching

• Dana Whitfield, a sample contact at a demo client, opens her portal: her contact at the agency, and "1 item needs you".
• She files a request, "Landing page for the winter sale". It's logged as KELD-R2, and the receipt is emailed straight away.
• She approves "Approve fall campaign creative direction" in one click, and the agency's task shows Approved.
• On the agency's side, her request waits in Needs triage, ready to accept, decline with a reason she reads, or mark as a duplicate.
• Her tracking-health summary in plain words, and "Confirm I've reviewed this" for her sign-off.

Clients sign in with a magic link, no password, and portal access takes no seat. The portal shows them progress, due dates and what needs them; your team's comments, assignees and priorities stay internal.
